Old and new

For Mono Monday. If you are wondering where the old comes in, the cost of this Bible was 8s.6d. net.

Went to one of our favourite garden centres and at last managed to get bag of Perlite, third attempt. There is a nice cook shop with lovely staff, last time we bought items and went to get some side plates and cereal bowls, they hadn’t got the bowls so another trip will be made. After a pleasant coffee/cake break we journeyed to our local farm shop to restock our freezer. Unfortunately being a Monday their stocks were a bit low.
