Fading fast....

.....both the flowers and me! This week's absolutely flown by and my colleague and I were just wondering today where the week had gone! Trainees continue to be really lovely and hardworking, albeit very stressed. It's something we've noticed about having a smaller group: there's less room for 'dilution' of all the nerves and stress as they're all together all the time and feed off each other. On the other hand, there's more time to deal with their questions in input and so these sessions are more relaxed. Last day of the week for us in this part of the world tomorrow and from Sunday the trainees switch level from teaching intermediate students to elementary.
