The trouble with autumn...

The trouble with walks in the woods in autumn -  particularly with long haired dogs - is the velcro-like seed heads which tangle in their coats. Fortunately these were on Merlin's back so I saw them at once and removed them - if they are in his tail or 'trousers' they get tightly tangled in seconds and need scissors to remove. Merlin's coat was lovely and shiny as he had a bath this morning - see extras
