Let's tessellate

This piece   in an old P&Q magazine caught my eye now that I have completed the tricky BOM blocks and sandwiched them. The BOM sandwiches are piled up and as ever I'm nervous about the quilting  so  I've embarked on a piecing project, tessellated criss crosses.
