What’s in a cake?

Courgettes obviously! Though you’d never know. Makes this chocolate tray bake lovely and moist.
This year, for obvious reasons, I’ve been unable to host my usual Macmillan Cancer Care Big Coffee Morning. So I’ve been baking cakes over the last couple of weeks and delivering them to my usual guests. Not unexpectedly they’ve all been very generous with their donations.
