Sorry this a very poor emergency blip. This endless cold, wet weather leaves me deeply uninspired. Must try harder.

Still I managed at long last to get back on my bike today which was great especially as I was home before the rain started again. Also have gone cold turkey on chocolate, and no shakes yet.
