St Ives

Not so warm and sunny today. We caught the bus along the coast to St Ives. It was fun sitting at the top of the double decker bus at the front watching the confrontations between the driver and the oncoming vehicles, seeing who would blink first and reverse , and it wasn’t going to be the bus driver!
Luckily the sun did appear when we got to St Ives, and we were able to take some photos.
Had a very good crab sandwich at a cafe ( me) and freshly made fish cakes ( LooseCanon ) for lunch. We had a wander around the town with its plethora of little art galleries and quirky shops. We didn’t go to the Tate or the Hepworth garden because we’ve been before and hadn’t pre-booked.
After that we bought a few provisions and caught the bus back.

Just watching the prime minister’s latest pronouncements. Tightened restrictions for another six months.
