After attending hospital for some tests yesterday , I found I had some more time today so a cycle ride was in order as it was such a nice day . First job this morning was a trip to the recycling centre , then the day was mine , I rode about 25 miles mostly flat along quiet country lanes . Tomorrow I have to work on the motorhome in case I can go away on Sunday.
