Last day of summer

I afforded myself an extra day off following the break and it was a beautiful day, presumably the last day of summer weather for the year. I filled it with a 10km run, albeit slow after the weekend excesses, some gardening and an evening wander.

The Covid restrictions were officially announced. This may cause me a spell of working from home but will head to the office tomorrow and see what is decided.

The blip is a bit of a cheat. I don’t consider myself someone who takes photos of their food but I forgot to take a picture of the sunny day. We had bought this meal for the time in the lodge but the lure of a chip shop by Loch Ness won so this was a saved for home.
