High Five!

Today we did some errands (tried to get my books from the library but the line was too daunting.  Will try friday at the “scheduled” appt!!..this is getting a bit ridiculous)  and stopped at Eric’s for something and to play with the new puppy, Cocoa…( Extra.with some legs for scale..She’s definitely longer!  can get paws on the kitchen counter now!)    On to the hardware store and then a stop to bring Peter something and to play a bit with Maple  on way home …  a two granddog day!

 It’s Fiona tuesday so we had a choice of hanging out longer in their backyard with her  (at least we got a "real" photo)  or going home so she could FaceTime us as “usual” (this is what we did)  and have our undivided attention for reading us her story for school. and some of the book she’s reading us ..with sound effects..(she’s a ham)… and then MUSIC…first some piano she’s teaching herself, ,and for a huge finale, performing and singing many of the songs from “Hamilton” that she has memorized.    I can barely hear and understand them they are so fast but she’s got the timing  perfectly along with a sound track from Alexa.    Exhausting!   (but very fun…she quite likes this “private” stage)  but I’m going to spare us the FaceTime photos today!  Instead the other extra is testament she will soon be as tall as her Mom, who was working from home today.   Well OK, there's 1 last from FT "Hamilton" for a maskless smile!
