Time for chanterelles
Yesterday’s efforts all cleaned up and looking delicious. Not quite sure what to do with them all as yet but my omelette sure was tasty. I am imagining kitchen tables across the country laden with various kinds of harvests while everyone decides on the best way of preserving them. Hmm...do I need boxes, paper, freezer bags, sugar, vinegar or alcohol? Happy harvesting!
