Harsh....

Taking James back to Uni today and there are two possible reasons for some of the stress.  Either the Uni gave no thought and no instructions to those travelling to the campus or James assumed he didn't need to read them.  I know what my assumption would be, but if I'm wrong, giving someone (fortunately not me!) a parking ticket for outstaying their allotted ten minute window would be unbelievably harsh
