The Regal

This wonderful old building opened as a cinema on 30th August 1937.  It closed on 1st May 1982. 
It became a snooker hall, then it was used for retail before becoming a nightclub under several different names, the last being The Venue.  This was shut finally in 2019 and the building put up for sale.
It is looking very sad for itself.
Weather - rain and grey for most of the day although the sun tried to come out this afternoon for a bit. Now closing down again - a lot of grey out there.
