This afternoon

A rather boring photo. Three hours and the whole field was ploughed.
In the morning I saw a fox crossing, pausing to stop and sniff around. It then snapped at a nearby hare which moved off a little way. They were like a domestic dog and cat playing!

Later a heron flew over and landed in the middle of the field.

Of course I didn’t have a camera ready for these more interesting happenings in the field over the road.
