Birthday girl

How apt that Poppy was born on St. Valentine's Day.

She is 3 today, and has done nothing but bring love and doggy cuddles by the bucketload to our household and smiles to everyone she meets. I suspect that having a toddler would be easier sometimes, but I wouldn't swap her for the world :)

I wish I had seen her as a puppy...but then I might've been tempted to bring the whole lot home. For such a young dog, (and such a well-natured one), she has had 4 homes. This will be her forever home. How anyone could have given her up, I don't know. But I'm glad we found her.
