The fruits of my labor!

Ahem, I'll admit that not much in terms of fruit went into the making of this cake....
I made this for a friend's baby shower, and calorie counting on these occasions is rather pointless, yes?
So I won't pay further attention to the several pounds of butter that found their way into this sweet treat.

It was a lot of fun to make it, but I don't want to eat or see buttercream for a little while now :-)

Now we just need to wait about a month to meet the baby!
