Father’s Day

Miss E made Mr K a Victoria Sponge for Father’s Day and it was truly delicious! One of the nicest I can ever remember eating.
She doesn’t skimp on the jam or the cream!!!
In a fit of uncharacteristic organisation we’d ordered cards online weeks ago - Miss E chose one which said “I haven’t got you a present this year, having me as a daughter is present enough!” and Miss E chose one with a black cockapoo with a red balloon. I got my dad the same one with a blonde cockapoo!
I’d added some treats to the last Tesco order so Mr K had lots of biscuits and treats as well as his fabulous cake.
No one wanted to come for a walk with me so I took Archie for a walk over the fields. Dinner was a Father’s Day feast of burger and chips!
