Erosion Exposure !

The local cliffs have been eroding for quite some time, but this little patch caught me eye.  The colours in the layers are quite extraordinary after a fresh fall.  Not sure what the age of the deposits are but this is about 5 metres above the beach so some way to go for rising sea levels to add this amount of sand and marine shells again.
