(E)state of mind

Driving home I persuaded Miss H to go for a wee walk in the grounds of our local stately home, there has been much discussion in Edinburgh about the original owner's column in St Andrew's Square, tear it down, or put a new sign up explaining where a lot of his money came from... Not sure if a decision had been made yet.
