Glen Explore

All these years we've lived here and all the walks and runs I've done and until today I'd never walked along the bottom of the Glen. A socially distance walk and picnic with Jeni. Then I put my feet up. That doesn't happen much but my foot gas been a bit sore for a few days and this afternoon I realised it was a bit swollen. Rest is definately in order!
