Exclusive Car Club

The first meeting of the Northwest Corner Hyundai Kona EV Car Club. What makes it exclusive, you ask? These may well be the only Kona EVs in Whatcom County, if not our state, since this model is not sold in Washington. The blue one belongs to our best friends A and C. We had to go to Beaverton, Oregon, just south of Portland, to buy our cars.

The meeting was held in the Terramar brew pub, in Edison. It was actually a rehearsal birthday celebration -- tomorrow, 80. For Cynthia and me, it was the first time we'd had a meal anywhere outside our home. We carefully followed the prescribed Covid precautions. 

A very enjoyable day -- we even had sunshine and blue skies, after a few days of wind and rain.
