Eve has discovered the joy of Zwift and at the age of 8, fits my bike! I was delighted that they made use of the treadmill and bike today, they were far happier for it!

Gratefuls:

1. 10 days of isolation under our belts, feels like we’ve broken the back of it;
2. Work being hitch free;
3. A friend liking her birthday present.
