CRIKEY IT'S WINDY.....

.... as I called by the Lagoon on the way home the weather had changed really quickly.

The wind had started and blowing so hard even the Swallows had decided to sit out. 

The skies had also filled in and was about to start raining. 

Found these Swallows taking it easy, and this one was quite intent on checking me out.

Quite a special night here in Oz Land..... 20 years ago we hosted the Olympic Games in Sydney and an iconic result was Cathy Freeman winning the 400 metre ... have look at the blast from the past... here!

There were many memories from these Games - with so many locals lifting above all odds as our Sports men and women won many Medals not expected, but this one was an iconic result for many reasons.
