Hatted Pots Special

A chimney pot special today - I love these pots with ‘hats’ on. A bonus is the workman (Paul) standing on the roof. Paul is also the gravedigger at the church…and given that at times I could barely stand upright in the gales here, I hope he has dug a grave for himself! He is wearing no safety gear up there….

Added an extra to show the ‘old normal’ Friday madness has returned to the A1(M) northbound. A regular pre-lockdown feature. The overhead gantry signs was optimistically imploring the stationary traffic to slow to 40 mph!

Just seen that Leeds is going into a 'household mixing' ban as of midnight - which scuppers our plans to visit Mrs madwill's mother this weekend...
