Home to the new window

The first thing we did when we arrived home from Umeå was unpack the car. The second thing was go and take a look at the work Börje had finished off while we were in Umeå.
It was the ideal time of day to see the new window in place for the first time, because the late afternoon sun was streaming through it, filling the whole room with light. In the pre-window days there would have been no sunlight in the room by this point in the day.
There was an awful lot of sawdust spread around the place and my idea was to leave it until tomorrow and spend the day clearing up, but Jan wasn't going to wait so we went into action straight away and spent the next three hours getting things all ship shape.
It's going to be early to bed once again.
