Big spoon

This spoon was given to me by my friend she brought it back from Zimbabwe and she gave it to me. Roughly carved but the large wide handle is easy to hold and the spoon works just right in the saucepan. She said it was a water spoon for adding to a pot.
I think it’s my best spoon.
