The Spell is Broken

The story of an empty room.

This is the day Mum's room was cleared with many on loan items collected including a wonderful hospital bed.

An instant decision was made to fill the room with music.  So I removed my old HiFi from my house ( Extra photo of 'all the spaghetti hanging out the back) and moved it to the family home.

I didn't bother with the Cassette deck or FM Tuner and settled in with a CD of Beethoven's Pastoral Symphony

This got us through our evening meal and then the big decision phone call to SKY and start the changes, gone SKY Cinema, gone SKY Sports (football is so last century), gone SKY Sports HD (though I do admit if you watch sport it is a bit better in HD), gone SKY Kids ( no more Bugs Bunny!)  we hung on to some channels in HD and that was that.
