light at the end of the tunnel

I have been in dispute with the council for about three years. Ever since I woke up at the side of the road with a cracked cycle helmet, cracked ribs and concussion I've had this slow motion demand for justice.

I am not the litigious type however the tank trap in Chamber Street was not conducive to my well being and Clarences' attitude to my pain and discomfort sent me to the lawyers on a quest for justice.

My day in court is the 14th of April, not something to look forward to really, however I got this letter from the solicitors saying they are willing to settle out of court...
