The Wild West : Cowdenbeath High Street

The West Fife town where I was born in a house on a High Street reminiscent of one that could have arisen during the era of the American Gold rush.
In the case of Cowdenbeath it was the 1880's rush to mine Coal and often I swaggered down the length of that High Street in the character of a movie sheriff straight from the Picture House at the North End.
Those were the days!
