Jam Tarts

When I got back from picking Miss L up this afternoon Miss E was in the kitchen weighing out flour. She announced she’d made jam tarts in food tech today and they were so delicious she’d eaten all but two of them so she was making some more.
In no time at all she’d whipped up another batch and I can confirm that they were delicious.
Straight out of the oven in all their oozing goodness. Perfect!!!!
We have somehow ended up with daughters who can bake amazing tarts, cakes and cookies. We’re so lucky!!!
