Shochu with Citrus Unshiu Peel

Shochu with hot water is so nice to keep your body warm in cold nights. Put a slice of citrus unshiu peel in the glass. Has faint smell of orange from steam. Citrus Unshu Peel is a kind of Chinese medicine, good for stomach and old ones are more expensive. I bought the peel at a spice shop in Hong Kong a couple years ago.
