Portrait of a contrasted tilt-shifted driver

This is me, just after obtaining my Ethiopian driver's license. It was a lot of work, entailing two trips to embassy, one to Ethiopian Foreign office, and three to the licensing centre way out in Kaliti. Hope it is worth it. I may even get to drive tonight.
