In the Footsteps of Saints

Looks like it's going to be a great weekend weather wise.

Excitement this morning as I had my flu jab.  it was very well organised in the surgery and not stressful at all.

In the afternoon I went for a lovely walk, taking the path of St.Illtyd's pilgrimage.  Cracking views with the clear autumn skies, I had a fine view of Peny Fan and Corn Du.  One day I will complete this walk from my home to Margam park.

Last night was quiet, which was good, hopefully tonight is quiet also.  Praying again.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A well organised flu jab
2.  A good walk
