Blue skies

Went out at 11’ish to collect the turbot Mr B ordered from the Saturday pop-up fish shop (in a van), parked at the back of Parlourmentary in Southbourne. He will be indulging alone - as you all know I’m vegan

Bitingly cold wind (for the time of year), but lovely in the sun and blue skies.

Walked up and down the High Street. Then drove 2 minutes to the Cliff House Hotel. Our friend ‘E‘ cycled to join us. A civilised venue, quiet location, tables well spaced in the sheltered garden, pleasant service and good fresh food.

Had a walk on the overcliff. The sky was a rich blue (see blip).

Then home and sat on the balcony under the Sun umbrella.
