another trip to Kinder

I took Sus on the walk I did last weekend. This time I was in no danger of toppling off the edge when we got to the downfall thanks to much calmer winds.

It was a beautiful bright day and we managed to make it up there way before lunch. I was back home by 2 and absolutely ravenous - thankfully Auntie Vic had sent a package of cake! What timing!

Gratefuls:

1. Eve fuelling me for a walk with her homemade pancakes - she would have loved to join us but is being so sensible about the isolation rules and was really happy to feed me up;
2. Chicken burgers for tea and Zeke making place settings for the table and writing our names beautifully;
3. Beautiful hills with one of those friends who has been around for a lot of my life and knows me well. We see each other infrequently but just pick up where we left off.
