A late afternoon stroll - which turned into a slightly brisker walk than intended as it is getting dark so early now. The setting sun seemed to set rather more quickly than we had anticipated.

Watched "Carmen" this evening, streamed from the Royal Opera House. It was a rather strange production, the simplest of sets, with performers often performing directly to the audience rather than acting and reacting to each other.  A lot of strange dancing and movement which seemed to me to have little relationship to the story.  Rather disappointing.
