Keep calm and get a life!
Penkkarit is a tradition among Finnish upper secondary school students. They are called abiturs. The event is celebrated of their final, usually third year as the final day of school before the start of the matriculation exams. Penkkarit culminate at a parade, where the lorries drive across the city and the abiturs are shouting slogans and throwing candy to the passers-by. They had a lot of fun!
I don´t want to say, how many years ago I had my Penkkarit:D
Today is also Valentine´s Day, so Happy Valentine´s Day to you dear blip friends!
