Meringues

My hairdresser fundraises for Macmillan every year. She usually holds a coffee morning but due to Covid she wasn’t able to but she was determined to do something. So she had a cake stall outside the shop. She marked 2m distances on the ground to keep everyone safe. It was a great success and raised over £3000! That included raffles as well. A customer makes these amazing meringues so we enjoyed them this afternoon.
