Temple Newsam

Day 2 of local restrictions and we are beginning to get to grips with what it means. I've downloaded the NHS Covid-19 app, so I can keep track if I've been exposed at all. Went up for a walk around Temple Newsam - everyone stayed clear of others. It is quite cold today - almost wish I'd worn a hat.
One of my neighbours is struggling. Her husband has needed to go to a nursing home, as has her daughter (separate home), so she is now alone. She's been with her husband since she was 16 and the separation is proving hard. All the neighbours are trying to rally round, but it isn't the same - and I think she struggles on an evening.
