Stage 2

At home now. My knee is enclosed in an ‘igloo’. Well thats the name of the brand of knee support. It has internal sleeves that are frozen, then placed in the outer, which is held by velcro on the knee. It has a small pump which inflates it to fit. Very comfortable and effective. After 20-30 minutes, the relief is significant. Overall, my knee is healing ok. Just frustrated at the limits on mobility. 5 days post op and I should really be happy with my progress, which is well on track. Onwards and upwards.
