Wedding Party

We were at Compton Verney this afternoon to see the exhibition on Fabric, Touch and Identity which is interesting, not what I expected and quite diverse. Worth seeing if you are able to.  With the C-19 restrictions there are guided timed entry tours only.

Outside in the sunshine, we saw his much reduced wedding party out on the lawn.  Lots of folk counting more than 15 ... but if I have understood it correctly - that does not start until tomorrow,  30 is ok today?

In among all of the bad news, we have heard our son's girlfriend has passed her PhD.  No idea what will happen about the presentation ceremony - but at least all of the work has been rewarded.
She has been researching into if/why/how probiotics can help reduce some of the nauseous side effects for children having chemotherapy.
Our son describes this as a PhD in yogurt!
She has been offered a post in a Toronto children's hospital, specialising in Oncology,  to continue with her work from July next year.
