View from near the top of Reston Scar

This morning we joined JanetH's  Zoom service and then had a WhatsApp coffee with our friends who also join the service. After lunch we walked to Staveley and then up Reston Scar. We didn't quite make it to the top as we were met by a herd of pregnant cows and cows with calves and they did not look at all docile. As a farmer's daughter, I have never been scared by cows at all but there have been so many fatalities recently that I have become very cautious.
