The Sunrise this morning

Made the fields look quite golden, and it wasn't a
witches warning because it has been a very nice
day such a contrast to yesterday.
Walking the dogs yesterday afternoon in the
blizzard I slipped on the slushy snow and pulled a
muscle in my side and back, Im such an eeejit.
I was up during the night for pain killers a thing
I hardly ever do, it's slightly better today, but it's
one of those twinges that catches your breath when
your least expecting it, if you know what I mean ah
well hopefully it will be better tomorrow.
