Lazy day

A restless night. Wasnt well and when I went to sleep the dreams were unsettling ( which seems to be the norm nowadays) 
But a pleasant day when I woke up, sunny with only a slight breeze.  We walked up to the Sea wall and alongside the marsh.  Not too busy for a Sunday although we had to backtrack along the narrowest path as 6 cyclists decided to come that way! But it was mostly very peaceful with just the sound of the  birds singing

Back home and I sat in the garden and while I sewed up the cardigan I listened to my audio book. Very relaxing.
 This evening, In contrast to the brown tweed yarn I ve been knitting with, I began the rainbow jumper for my sis in law. I may need my sunglasses.
A nice relaxing day, just what I needed.
