Busy, busy, bee

First of all, Happy Birthday to my lovely daughter Sarah, she is the big 40 today, I cannot believe time has flown bye so quickly. She is a credit to her Dad and I, she has a lovely son and a wonderful husband, she is a dedicated teacher and most of the time she loves her job. Enough said.

The bees have been very busy today.

I did a 5k run today in 35 minutes, am getting fitter.
