Notes: Up and out the door before sunrise to another hot sticky day. Bike went ok, but hip and knee bothering me and seat (sit bones) still not comfortable at all - went 16.5 miles, was hoping for a solid 20. Made breakfast, watched the CBS Sun Morning show. Quiet rest of the day, napped a bit, mostly watched Redzone.
