Today’s Mono Monday challenge, hosted by Chantler63, is IN and OUT. Just back from our flu jabs. Have settled down to Sky News, and shall shortly take a multi-vitamin pill OUT of the container and pop it IN my mouth.

Was decidedly chilly when we went out. Now brightening up. Shall do some paperwork and maybe go out for a walk later? (see blip, sorry couldn’t resist leaving the pills pink*, hope evolybab ‘aka‘ the blip police, isn’t onto the case ).
