I thought the theme was ‘up and down’ and this is Simba ‘up’ on the sofa, lying ‘down’
Sorry, just realised after I’d posted this that it is ‘in and out’ . I suppose Simba is breathing  ‘in and out’ so hope that is a link, albeit very tenuous!
