Red Kuri soup
Quarantine day 8
Today has been a day of soup making and getting the garden back in order. I am very pleased with the red kuri squashes I have grown as the flavour is as good as anything I have tasted from a squash. They taste very similar to the potimarron squash that is sold on many markets in France. I did an online Yin yoga session in the morning so I am managing to keep pretty well occupied during this quarantine. I do miss being able to go out for a walk and visiting the village shops which I was able to do under lockdown.
