Dragon

Both Jae and I feel like we have colds. This is concerning... We are sure it is colds we have as there's no high temperature, cough or breathing issues - even for asthmatic Jae. Just sore throats and feeling rough! 

But with masks, social distancing, hand washing/sanitising etc., how did we catch anything? I'd not had a proper cold for the best part of a year I don't think, and I don't think Jae has either. But we have now, and if all the extra measures don't keep colds away, how effective are they really against other viruses...?? 

I did my yoga this morning, but didn't want to go far as I was cold - I put the heating on! Don't tell Brian.. I managed to get the bathroom cleaned and one or two other jobs out of the way, plus the weekly shop done!

Brian's helping cook tea as it is stuff he will eat as well so that helps!
